pHonorary Chief of the Town of Mamaroneck Fire Department and retired Town Councilwoman Phyllis Wittner was honored today with the planting of a tree at the Town Center in Mamaroneck in honor of her years of public service to the community.ppIt was a breezy chilly day but that didnt stop for all of the Towns department heads to come out in witness the planting of the tree which will be adorned with a plaque which reads Dedicated to Councilwoman Phyllis Wittner from the Town Staff.p
